Manufactured on high-speed, fully automated block-bottom machinery at our audited partner facilities in Gujarat and Maharashtra, these bags deliver consistent dimensional accuracy, strong seam pasting, and secure handle attachment. We utilize premium long-fiber unbleached sulphate paper (ranging from 70 GSM to 150 GSM) which provides superior tensile strength and puncture resistance compared to standard paper bags. This high-performance structure allows our bags to easily support loads from 3 kg up to 10 kg, making them ideal for heavy grocery retail, shoebox packaging, boutique apparel, and takeaway food delivery. To accommodate different brand aesthetics and market positioning, we offer two base finishes: Natural Kraft Brown (for a rustic, organic look) and Bleached Virgin White (for high-contrast, premium color printing). The handles can be customized to twisted paper, flat paper, cotton rope, or die-cut handles depending on the target application. Our manufacturing facilities employ food-grade, water-soluble starch adhesives for all bottom and side seals, ensuring the bags remain chemical-free and safe for food-contact situations. For brand personalization, we support high-fidelity flexographic and screen printing for up to 6 colors using organic, non-toxic soy-based inks. This ensures that your brand’s logo, sustainability credentials, and custom artwork are printed sharply without generating volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions during production.
