Statutory Disclaimer
This document outlines the operational boundaries, independent agency status, and statutory compliance responsibilities between Globnexia and B2B buyers.
Effective date: May 30, 2026
By utilizing Globnexia's website, sourcing catalog, factory inspection summaries, or communicating with our trade desk, you acknowledge and agree to the operational terms and liabilities described in this statutory disclaimer.
General Sourcing Information Only
The product specifications, factory details, export guides, tax rates, and regulatory notes published on Globnexia's website are provided for general informational and business-support purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, financial, tax, customs-clearance, or professional import/export advisory services.
Importers are strongly advised to consult certified customs brokers and trade compliance authorities in their respective target markets to verify local import laws, tariffs, and duty requirements before executing trade transactions.
Independent Agent Status
Globnexia operates as an independent B2B sourcing agent, quality control coordinator, and logistics facilitator. Unless explicitly contracted in writing as the seller of record under a formal commercial contract, Globnexia does not own, control, lease, or direct the manufacturing operations, labor forces, raw material sourcing, or management of the independent third-party factories listed, audited, or showcased on this website.
No Warranties on Third-Party Performance
While we conduct in-person physical factory audits, verify government registrations (such as GST and IEC registries), and coordinate pre-shipment quality control (QC) inspections, Globnexia makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the commercial performance, product viability, cleanroom sterility, supply chain capacity, or shipping timelines of independent manufacturers.
The final liability for product defects, manufacturing breaches, trade delays, and compliance issues remains solely with the respective manufacturing supplier.
Buyer Import Compliance Responsibility
International buyers and procurement teams are solely responsible for ensuring that all goods sourced from India comply with the statutory compliance directives of their destination markets. This includes, but is not limited to, FDA/USDA regulations in the United States, CE/UKCA markings and REACH standards in the United Kingdom and European Union, and food-grade packaging rules in the UAE and GCC.
Globnexia assists in coordinating technical documentation, but is not the Importer of Record and does not assume liability for import border rejections or local regulatory non-compliance.
Catalog Accuracy & Specification Changes
Product listings, catalog parameters, machinery counts, average production capacities, and images shown on the website represent average benchmarks verified at the time of supplier audit. Factory settings, raw material suppliers, and production specifications are subject to modification by the manufacturer without notice. All dimensions, materials, and certifications must be formally re-confirmed and signed off on the purchase specification sheet during the proforma quotation stage.
